The emotional gap from here to there is confusing when dealing with creating your own healthy boundaries!

How do you create healthy boundaries where you say NO, ENOUGH to YES, I AM ENOUGH! Woah! Not easy!

Here’s one tip:

Don’t worry about doing things to make others feel good and put yourself second seat!
Do things that make you feel good and feel good about doing them! 
Not SELFISHLY but SELFLESSLY! 

NO is the most loving word sometimes! 

How do you master anything? Trial and error my friends! Over and over!! I can only work on cleaning up my side of the street! No one is perfect and he who expects perfection is delusional! 

It’s not your responsibility to make someone else feel better to your own expense!
